Can someone explain why is B right and C wrong for this argument part question? Tough question.

    The sentence can be described with a label as a concession, right? concessions can be limitations that are placed on the range in which a conclusion can be stated. Notice here that it would make no sense for the author to give this concession and then draw the conclusion that the general trend towards moral complexity isn't a good thing. Instead, what the author has to say is that in this one domain it isn't a good thing.
