I am guessing it is not going to be digital because most of the pages I have seen say the test is fully digital in North America. It doesn't say anything about test centers elsewhere. But this is just my guess.
I called LSAC back in April and they said so far they have no plans for anywhere outside of N America going digital. But I'm guessing that would change eventually, and they'd probably give at least some warning?
I think we can safely expect that the tests will be given in paper for quite some time in Asia.
Converting to digital in just North America caused the LSAC so much chaos, and getting tablet pc for every single countries outside North America will take a whileeeee (+ and a lot of money).

No digital tests outside North America "in the foreseeable future" is what one the reps from LSAC wrote to me in her e-mail.
