Average wait time for law school decisions

Hello all, I was just wondering if anyone knows if law schools actually take 6-8 weeks to get back to you with decisions? I've been waiting a total of 48 hours and I'm already going crazy lol

6-8 sounds about right, it depends on the school though. I would say try not to think about it but you will, so just get used to it

Some schools are incredibly quick to make decisions, and others wait to release decisions. You can get a sense of the decision dates for specific schools on mylsn

Went to an LSAC Forum recently and spoke with admissions officers themselves about this. Yes, it depends entirely on the school. As of Nov.3, Texas at Austin said they have accepted their first students. I believe UCLA as well. Emory said they do not open apps until January. Some of my other apps have entered review at other schools. It really depends.
