Hello -- if I am aspiring to do Big Law in either New York or D.C., which school above would make the most sense?

To extrapolate on the previous comment, I believe a lot of big law firms basically require you to graduate from a T14 school. I know of some people, ie the valedictorian and law journal president from a very low ranked school, who was able to get into big law. This case is probably very rare. The "Law School Confidential" is a good book / audio book that covers a lot of the reality and practical aspects of considering law as a career.
