Withdrawing from October LSAT and taking November - do I get a refund?

I was given a coupon for a free test from LSAC that I used to sign up for the October administration. Upon seeing my August LSAT score I need to postpone my test. LSAC's website says a refund will not be issued if I withdraw though.. does this mean my coupon goes out the window and I have to pay for the November test? Kinda confused

I signed up and paid for the October test but when i called last week to move it to November (because i need more time to study), they moved it for me without asking any questions. I think its worth calling first thing Monday!

@kilgoretrout I agree with @"Savannah B" ! I moved my test date from October to November by calling LSAC. The lady on the phone changed it manually for me and said that LSAC would try to charge a fee for changing the date online if you do it yourself via your LSAC account lol So definitely call LSAC to change your test date before the deadline so it's free of charge!
