On Hold -- Should I send a LOCI?

Recently put on hold at Fordham -- is it customary to send a LOCI? Or should that be reserved for a waitlist decision? Any and all advice appreciated!

I would say no. The hold til Feb is standard for them if you weren't a hard no, but also didn't look great to solidify target medians... actually pretty standard in general, but they just come out and say it and give you a timeframe instead of leaving you wondering like most other schools. Unless there's some improvement to your application, all an LOCI does is make you more memorable and try to get them to see you as a good yield bet, and it's hard to say you can achieve those effects when the majority of decisions aren't even rendered yet. Especially with the score bubble this year, schools are waiting for apps to see about buffing their medians.
