As opposed to the normal format test? Or digital vs paper? Either way, you'd just write whatever you need to diagram on paper... in my opinion that shouldn't be more than a few questions. Not quite sure what you're asking though.
I usually use the highlight feature to highlight the important words from the question stem before reading the stimulus, then highlight the conclusion or other relevant phrase while reading the stimulus for the first time.

I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't use the highlighter function at all. I feel like it's just distracting and a waste of time.
