Help? Error Message, Content Inaccessible w/ Subscription?!

My 4 month subscription doesn't expire until Feb 20, however, when I try to access the videos to old notes I get the error: "Sorry, this material isn't included in your course. Have you considered upgrading?" Does anyone know how to fix this? I take my LSAT next week!!!

Same. Really not the time.
This happened to me too and my monthly subscription is through February as well. I have chatted the help line.
@annakpkilby I did too! Seems to be affecting all users, hopefully it gets addressed soon.
