I am applying for accommodations, as I have had a recent bought with migraines. I wanted to know if anyone had similar reasons for applying for accommodations, and any tips about the process as well. Thanks so much
Hi, if you have a medical condition/disability that warrants you an accommodation in order to level the playing field, then the process is pretty straightforward. You need to have your doctor fill out the forms that they ask from you and provide medical documentation (unless you've previously had accoms for college examinations, SAT, etc.)
If you do not, then you do not qualify. Generally speaking, accommodations are not for the migraines you get while taking the exam or for test anxiety, unless they are worsened due to a medical condition or disability.

I am applying because of arthritis and Crohn's. I'm just waiting on my doctors to fill out the form. Good luck!
