Technically April... though many admissions windows will already be closed, so you'll need to check with schools individually. Depending on how competitive your stats, most spots will already be filled, but you might be able to gain admission if folks who were already accepted withdraw their apps... it's a bit of a gamble, but might work out just fine. Loss of scholarships are probably the biggest downside to applying with an April test as most of the money is already spent, so depending on how much of a factor that is will vary based on your needs.

For Western Canada, most schools take last LSAT in January. Some schools take last LSAT in February - TRU and U of S. Most applications for the following admission cycle is closed in December.

I recommend confirming with the law schools you are interested in applying to. Due to COVID-19 some law schools for the Fall 2020 cycle were flexible and accepted test scores from after March.
