On the LSAC website I read that only 3/4 of the sections are actually scored (taking the test in August so it will not be flex). Since 7sage marks all 4 sections, is the score given by 7sage inaccurate? I got a 162 on my first practice LSAT with only the free trial under my belt and I am very happy about it, but is my actual score lower?

It's accurate in the sense that all these PTs are from when there were 4 scored sections. 7Sage has a feature for simulating flex (in which case it gets rid of 1 LR section) or you can use the flex score converter.
Even if you take all 4 sections, it's still very close to what you would actually be scoring. Also, good for you getting a 162 on your first PT!
I found the flex score converter

the score you get on the 4section scored exam is the best prediction of what you will get on the real LSAT. Take the last 3 PTs average them, and you're likely to score within +-3 of the average.
