What does everyone eat to fuel their body?

With the August test coming up, anyone want to share what they eat to fuel their body and nourish their minds? :)

This also coming from someone a little older who can't handle junk food like I was able to when I was in college haha

    I blanch some kale / leafy greens to top it off. It's my "night before PT" meal!

    Oatmeal with fruit. Greek yogurt + granola, honey and fruit also works well for mornings

    Any type of fish oil, or fish, sushi with avocado (healthy fats), nuts, seeds. These increase brain function.

    A good protein source (whether meat or plant-based) to stick with a type of veggie like zucchini or squash if you want to watch carbs.
