Application has been "Under Review" for 2 months

My application at Uni of Maryland has been in review since September 3. It is now November 5th and I'm wondering if this is normal? I don't think it should take 2 months to read an application but has anyone else experienced this?

    Totally Normal - I think most schools this cycle are waiting until they have a decent stack of applications to begin issuing decisions. A number of schools that I applied to on September 1st, say they won't issue decisions until January!

    Most schools start looking at applications in December. It is a rolling basis, so they take a certain chunk out of each application cycle, say 20 from those who applied in sep, 20 from oct, etc
