October test takers!! Were you able to use control F?

I am writing the Nov exam and someone said they took the October exam and was not allowed to use Control F but I took the Aug exam and was allowed to use it... Did something change??

I used control F in October without issues, I just made sure I told the proctor beforehand that I’m allowed to use it

i took the august exam (taking it again this weekend) and i was allowed to use it, but i'm seeing on reddit that someone called LSAC and they said it's not permissible. which is so weird, considering it's been used all this time by so many people... i'm personally going to call a couple of times and ask just to be safe.
