Has anyone had issues scheduling their test for November 2024. I tried last week when the window opened and withing 30 minutes all the dates were taken. Now LSAC says they will request more dates, but they can't guaranteed that every student will get a time slot.
PS. MCAT dropped prometric in 2017. Why would LSAC hire such a horrible company? They are know for being unreliable.
If you'll are having issues, what are you'll doing?
I have emailed everyone in LSAC called every office and no one gives a solution. They can't give me a report # all they said is that their supervisors would contact me. The emails have all been BS responses with a "we wish good luck on your test". From what I have been told if Prometric can't accommodate us, we would need to reschedule to January test. This is a big no for two reasons:
1. this would delay my applications, score for January are released in February. Some of the schools I was looking at have deadline on March 2025.
2. If this happens again and shit hits the wall and there's no spots available in January 2025 than I would have to wait another year. Unless LSAC is going to give a year of life back with a time machine, I don't' see this solution being viable for me.

honestly i agree. prometric SUCKS. Lsac is a multimillion dollar company and they chose the worst proctor company. the scheduling software is terrible. my last and final PTO day is going to the LSAT again and I was online an hour before the alleged "window" was supposed to open. ridiculous. I feel your frustration.
When I got on to schedule, it was about an hour after scheduling open. For my city, which is small, there was only 1 time slot left for my accommodations (paper and pencil) along with my time extension. I have a sleeping condition where it's hard to take the test at 8am (which was the only slot left. I had booked it in hopes I could reschedule later). I called Prometric (I recommend you doing this right now) and waited 2 hours and they said I had to wait until the 25th to reschedule. They thought I wanted to reschedule to January but no, I just wanted a different date and time if available. So far, it looks like I will need to keep my 8am time slot and my test will be 6 1/2 hours. Might be hard without coffee but I will try I guess.
Call Prometric. They can help with scheduling, also keep checking the prometric tool cause some people may cancel the week of in order to retake in January and you might get a slot then.
