Is "as long as" a sufficient condition indicator?

Is "as long as" a sufficient condition indicator or does it depend on context?

ex) As long as you study for the LSAT, you will get into any law school.
= LSAT --> Any LS

Someone please clarify this for me.

Great thanks in advance! :)

    In order to get into law school you MUST study for the LSAT. Or be extremely lucky/unicorn.

    As long as this sufficient condition is met, the necessary condition is met.

    This sufficient condition is met only as long as the necessary condition is met.
