3-Times-In-2-Years Limit

I took Dec 2015 and cancelled it. I wonder if I don't take LSAT this December and the limit would expire, right?

I'm preparing for the Feb LSAT if my PT falls into 170s. I am more likely to apply next circle year.

    If Dec 2015 was your 3rd take, you would need to go by when your first take was. If Dec 2014 was your first take and you took 2 more tests, then yes a Feb would be ok.

    If Dec 2015 was your first and you also took Feb 16, June 16, You are sitting out until at least Dec 2017.

    Its often good to call the LSAC to verify. I know a student that was an Oct 2014, Dec 2014 and Feb 15 taker and she is allowed to take the on Saturday. (I was surprised as I thought she would have to wait until December).

    So when in doubt call.

    Thanks for info. I only take Dec 2015 and think about take Dec 2016/ Feb 2017.

    Currently, I focus on core course and take by-type practice.
