Also, FWIW...when schools say that the average person only makes a 1-2 point increase from one LSAT sitting to another (I've seen this statistic on multiple T14 school websites)..obviously the average person isn't a 7Sage member. I started to let that statistic get me down last week, but obviously things turned out much better.
I got my score... I got the lowest of my goal range at the time before I changed my plan (long story) and decided to aim for a better school next cycle. @jaybee88 LG was as bad as I expected -12. It's what killed my score but oh well! I knew I'd have to retake.
@"J. Tharp" think of December as your test run, since most schools will just look at your highest score anyway. you'll go into your next test way more confident. and since you're not applying until next cycle, you have plenty of time to prepare. you can do this!
@"J. Tharp" dont quit. Just do an after action report, analyze it, find out what you did wrong, fix it, and keep moving forward. I can't check my score until my wife gets home. However I'm 99% sure I will have to retake. Just don't quit. Anything in life worth doing is worth over doing, moderation is for cowards.
Mine was so bad. So terrible. I know it was my first time doing it and I knew right after where I went wrong during the test and in my studying. Retaking in February. Ontario schools are a little different from the rest. Any advice from someone whose applied in Ontario?
I got a 164 and I have a 3.71 GPA. I'm in a grad program at Georgetown right now and was hoping to do a dual degree (could do it if I'm admitted this cycle) but it doesn't seem likely Quite bummed.
@ksthan92 I feel for you. Keep your head up and know that adversity sucks while you are in it but is often the best when looked back on years from now.
WOW. I got off work early and the moment I sat down in my car, I got the email. I got my exact goal score!! Up 7 points from my first take last December (pre-7sage era). I've been bawling my eyes out for the last hour and a half. Thank you so much 7sage, I truly could not have done this without you.
Got 1 below my average .. but I guess I already new I'd be retaking in February. I've been going hard with 7Sage recently however ( after having spent months with PowerScore) ..
for those of you who got their score, did LG go better than you expected?
i did better than i expected but to be honest i didn't really have an expectation. it was a HUGE question mark for me; i felt in the dark for the past month. I'm surprised it's not my lowest section, considering it felt harder than all the other sections for me.
I got a much lower score than I wanted. 157, and I was solidly PTing 163-165. I'm pretty bummed. I don't know exactly how it works. Can I wait to see where I get in and then decide to wait for the next cycle and take the June lsat?
@stgl1230@"Paul Pederson" thanks guys! That's how I'm looking at it! I got a 160, which is actually in the top 25% for the school I was planning on attending (OU). But since I took the LSAT, I had a change of heart and my husband and I decided to move to California! So, I have my work cut out for me to get into my goal school (UCLA) but I know I can do it with 7Sage! And I'm looking forward to spending more time with this community even though the sight of a logic game still makes me naucous! I wasn't ready in December and I knew it. I learned my lesson.
