Im slightly confused by this question. It says that taking 'no headache pill stops pain more quickly' so why wouldn't the answer be B? Unless it is referring to one person taking different types of pills and comparing its effect, Danaxil would most quickly resolve a persons headache. However, we might not be able to compare between two people? Am I on the right track?
Your help is much appreciated

Answer choice B is saying that Danaxil will definitely stop the pain more quickly than the other pill which is something that is not stated in the stim. All we know is that no other headache pill will stop the pain more quickly than Danaxil. They could alleviate the pain in an equal amount of time. Answer choice C accounts for this possibility.
The phrase 'no headache pill stops pain more quickly' leaves open the option of another pill being equally good as Danaxil, so that is why B is wrong. We can't conclude Danaxil will be better, just that Danaxil will be at least as good as any other headache pill.
Headache pill —> Stop headache
non-Danaxil headache pill —> /(Stop pain more quickly than Danaxil)
non-Danaxil headache pill —> Stop pain as quickly as Danaxil or slower than Danaxil
Evelyn takes Danaxil; Jane takes non-Danaxil.
(B): Evelyn's pain stops more quickly than Jane's. This could be true because non-Danaxil (Jane's pill) could stop pain slower than Danaxil.
(C): Evelyn's pain stops at least as quickly than Jane's. This must be true. That's why this is the correct answer.
@akistotle
Is there a lesson for how you translated the "more quickly than" or did you just think of that yourself? It is helpful and I just want to make sure I didn't miss a lesson on it.
Thanks.
@katerinakakkis I don't believe there is a lesson on it. I think he just inferred it via English and then mapped it in conditional logic. If no headache pill stops pain more quickly than Danaxil, then it means that Danaxil stops pain either as quickly as other pills or more quickly than others.
I go this question wrong because of similar mistake. I thought that no pill stops the pain more quickly is meant that it was the fastest which is not true.
No other pill is faster than Danaxil simply means that Danaxil is the ceiling, no one can cure faster but can be equally as fast.
Some examples of my own:
1. No one is taller than me does not mean that I am the tallest. It means I am the ceiling, people can be equally tall but no taller than me.
Nobody's richer than me does not mean that I am the richest. People can be as rich as I am or less rich.
Nobody's fatter than me does not mean that I am the heaviest. People can be as fat as I am or less fat.
Nobody's smarter than me does not mean that I am the smartest. People are either equally smart or less smart. simply a ceiling.
Nobody can run faster than me, people are either equally fast or slower.
no one's thinner than me, people are either equally thin or thicker.
no one can lift more than me, people can lift as much as I do or less.
no one can see further than me, people can see equally far or see less far.
no one can be better than me, people are equally good or worse
no candy can be sweeter than candy X. candies are either equally sweet as X or less sweet.
