Any chance someone is willing to help me understand why the correct answer choice for this question is C? I cannot seem to figure out how one gets to that answer. Thank you!

    So, in order to be considered obese one has to have more body fat than 85% of the other NA children their age. When the number of kids that are obese is increasing we also need the number of kids that are not obese to increase as well in order to maintain those percentiles: 85% non-obese and 15% obese
