For some reason, the explanation videos aren't loading. I'm pretty sure I have Flash already installed.

What OS?
Is the problem browser specific?
Have you done basic troubleshooting (e.g. reset/cleaned relative programs).

Windows 10
I only tried Chrome but I will also try other browsers.
Yes I cleared my cache and logged in and out.
