I definitely second the sentiment of quality over quantity. These concepts need time to settle into your brain and the connections take time to form. The mistake I made years ago when I first started studying was thinking that I was "working hard" b…
What do your LGs look like? Have you fool proofed all of the ones that are available to you? LG will be the easiest way to make up big points if you perform "so-so" on them. Think of the ground you can make up take LG from a -7 or -8 to -1 or -2.
You'll be just fine. If you didn't find 7Sage until near the test, you probably haven't even unlocked your potential yet. This program will help you find it. If you have time for extra reading, pick up a copy of "Grit" by Angela Duckworth. It will p…
I overlooked the November take. My bad. I was trying to type this out on the run. All I meant was that the benefit of taking the extra time it takes to foolproof the rest of the games outweighs not doing them if you feel as though you are squared aw…
The games, through my experience, have definitely changed over the years. But, you the writers are capable of pulling stuff out of their butt from previous years. By foolproofing the earlier ones, you are simply safeguarding yourself against being b…
37 in December. Looking to be finished with JD by the time I'm 45. Will be going part time while continuing to work. It leaves me 20 years to work. Ultimate goal...be debt free by the time I'm out....
Fool proofing is definitely the way to go. You have every logic game at your disposal along with the awesome explanations here. Go through them ad nauseam...at least 4 times each. Some will take more than that... way more. You will be good on others…
Nothing wrong with pushing back. But, don't fall into the trap I did by pushing it back so much...that it never happens. At some point, hopefully past the point of "hope", you just have to jump and get that first one over with.
I think the difference comes down to the answer choices. The older ones seem to have sets of ACs that were so varied it was difficult. The newer sets of ACs are much tighter. At least that was my experience when I was studying.
Its been covered above, but start with 7Sage and go through it in its entirety. If you are still having some difficulty or there are blind spots, pick up a copy of the Trainer and go through it. They complement each other nicely, but not together. W…
Also, get to know the question types. These are covered in depth in the Trainer. Similar to LR, there are question types that have specific strategies. Once you get the hang of those and know what types of AC's to look for, you're on your way... Bes…
While I am not in the same situation as you regarding schools, I can give you the opinion of someone who is extremely debt averse. Don't pay sticker price... for any school. And, don't go into a huge amount of debt for a job that that has sinking jo…
As I went through the curriculum, I drilled at the end of each section via the problem sets. However, I only did a set or two at the max in order to acclimated to the question type. I would save the rest for drilling between PTs to shore up any weak…
For me, it comes down to feel a large majority of the time. While not a hard and fast rule, I generally won't split if I will end up with more boards than questions. Its a fine balance to maintain a good speed while splitting versus proceeding to th…
@BruiserWoods Originally, I was aiming for June. But I took some time off to renovate a house. So now I'm aiming for September with December as a back up. What about you?
@twssmith I appreciate that. I finally made it back around. I feel like I'm pretty much starting over...again. Three months is a long time to not look at anything, but hopefully it'll come back to me.
