  • PT is the way to go... its one thing to learn the skills... its another to apply them in exam settings... you might also consider a session with a tutor... My session with @"Jonathan Wang" helped me a ton... it was just small things... like big game…
  • You do get better at it with practice but also... this worked for me... start stitching together sections... do 6 section tests... with a break after 4 sections... (do this with the older tests) and then with a break after 3 ( you need to do this be…

  • its a school to school thing... when I was applying I had a 2 page template and then an expanded version for some schools... have a basic two page template that you can edit - and tailor it to the institution you are applying to imo.
  • Also... maybe all that you need is a rest.. to help concepts sink in... very often... there is a jump in your scores after a rest because your concepts have cemented... and you've taken time away so you are seeing things clearer.
  • You have to have the stamina to take the test without getting fatigued so there's that... but beyond that its not the number of hours you put in but what you put into the hours that counts... for example... 6 hours a day with 15 minutes of FB each h…
  • yeah listen to her... @nicole.hopkins offers good advice here... start off with one and then go for a combined schedule like the one she is creating or one that you can tweak to your needs... jump right back in and the currents themselves will teach…
  • It depends school to school... but the general default action is to treat your application as complete for review as soon as they have a score... if you want then to wait, you can tell them that you are retaking and would like them to wait for the …
  • If you want to go go... if not, don't... its really up to you sure people will say no.. some will say yes... but do what you think you'll love doing and you will be successful and happy. Love what you do and you won't work a day in your life... Buil…
  • @nicole.hopkins one can wish and yes @"Jonathan Wang" that is correct... the only time that there was a variation was the first ranking of schools... that was 87... other than that, its always been stable...

  • Always had that when I was testing (i.e. both times)... I'd say let it play out... people tend to overthink things... at worst you'll probably test again... not worth stressing it... that episode of life is over and you can't change t... look to the…
  • If this is your first time, don't cancel... you might surprise yourself. plus the days when more than one score was looked on unfavorably are over... take it again though.
  • Yep... I was in your position... had my gramps pass away 2 days before the September test... I was in no frame of mind to take it. I canceled and sat the Dec administration. In hindsight, that was a fantastic decision.
  • That said back to the original question... BU and BC are peer schools for the Boston area and increasingly for the eastern corridor... so I'd take the school that offers you more money... BC (even though it is ranked "lower" than BU) will give you a…
