@uhinberg Hello! Thanks for your post! : ) I have a quick question. What do you mean by the "PREMISE QUESTION"? is it something like: "If only one of ... xxx" "If Lopez does not receive the same... XXX?? types of questions?
Thanks in advance!
@Lets-Get-This-Done Did you just send your transcript to LSAC? It is likely that they have probably not finished analazying your transcript according to their own gpa calculation.
2:15: "I only read a few books: the Hobbit, Harry Porter, Lord of Rings, that's about it. So, you don't have to be this huge rader or a literature major to do well in RC."
My heart stopped beating for a second. Thank you Daniel, your story is amazi…
LSAT median for HLS is 99th percentile. I imagine that HLS will probably take the same approach for GRE and will try to accept applicants in the 99th percentile. So, for GRE, I would say one should aim to score at least 169+ for both V and Q.

if your goal is 155, you should focus on LG. LG is the surest way to gain huge points and possibily the quickest way to improve as well. Go through the core curriculum of 7sage for LG section.
I was under the impression that Georgetown tends to waitlist or reject people who apply in Jan or afterwards, who otherwise could have been accepted if they applied ealier with the same number. Definitely, apply now. You have strong number for Gtown…
@Daniel.Sieradzki Hi Daniel! Thanks a lot for the great workshop last week! I forgot to ask you about the Powerpoint you used last time. Would it be possible for you to send me the PPT?
Thanks once again and looking forward to joining the workshop …
167 is very a great score for the first taker. Assuming you will take it again on Dec., i wish you all the best!
And thanks for such a detailed reflection! : )
Assuming you were PTing 170s or even high 160s, I would take it again on Dec.
if you can hit 168+, which is Cornell's 75th, you have a good chance for $$$.
Even if you dont do well(167 or below), the school will still consider your highest score, …
i've been doign PT 50s for the last couple weeks and I also found pt 59 to be the hardest...
For 50s, I usually miss 3 per section; but, for 59, I miss -9(section 1) and -6(section 2).
I feel you... lol
as far as I understand, the admission committee will mostly look at your LSAC gpa(cumulative gpa for all colleges you attended) but not degree gpa(where you earned your first BA/BS, in your case, your gpa after earning your associate degree from CC)…
Like everyone above already said, I think, in general, numbers will speak for themselves. Even for YHS, I have seen many acceptance cases where recent graduates did not have any full-time work before they applied b/c they were studying LSAT on full …
@nevadacity37 Thanks once again for your helps : ) I'm planning to sit on Dec. exam and was debating whether to submit the rest of the application before the LSAT score comes out or submit all together on the day I receive my score. Thank you!! : ) …
@nevadacity37 Thank you very much for such detailed explanations! : ) May I ask you one quick question? Assuming that you already finished writing essays, collected recommednations and filled everything in the application and about to click the fina…
Based on Cambridge LG package, PT 1-20 has 16 Misc. games; PT 21-40 has 3 Misc. games.
= For simplicity's sake, let's suppose we have total 20 games. (I can't do math lol)
I was also so nervous about these Misc. games trend and decided to do some …
Based on my experience, these kind of questions take some time to master.
Good news is, once you are familiar with the common wordings of Argument structrure questions, it will become one of the easiest type of questions to answer because you can c…
As far as Gtown is concerned, the dean showed interviewee some random applicants' applications(resume/essay) and asked if you would accept/reject based on the info.; then asked the reasoning for the decision.
If you gogole TLS with interview keywo…
Hi, @dantlee14! Congratulations on your amazing story! : ) I am really amazed by how much you put your effort in tryinh to get 170+. Hard work always pays off!
Would you mind if you can share your version of any LR drilling/preparation method?

That's very impressive! Which prep test have you taken so far?(e.g., pt 52-71) If it were more earlier ones(pre-70), I'm positive that there is a lot of rooms for improvement.
Hi
When you want to negate this statement, [All X, then Y], you don't want to say [All X, then not Y], because it leaves out the middle ground of Some. [Some X are not Y] thus covers the whole range. I believe that there is a section in the curricu…
It's more like,
P1: Standard techniques determine the age --> the object is without carbon.
P2. Collect samples from prehistoric paintings --> there must be carbon.
C: The techniques we talked about cannot determine the age of prehistoric pai…
Hi Panda,
Indeed A does not go after the premise. For example, A doesn't say that the survey mentioned in the premise says the opposite.
By adding a recent survey that says the opposite, A weakens the argument.
Hope this helps.
