First of all congrats with your improvement! If you're really taking a 3-4 PT's a week, that's pushing the limits IMO.
If you're taking the Oct test we have just about 2 weeks left. I would taper down to 2-3PT's this upcoming week and then 1-2PT's…
Times are tough and schools want as many people to apply as possible. I get so many emails each day from schools saying my application fees have been waived. hehe
to be totally fair, I used to be a megaposter on tls and most people DO NOT pt everyday for 5-6 days at a time. If you actually read through the study threads, most pt 3-4x a week as a lot of folks there are also in school/full-time jobs like you pp…
Thanks! Bought this so I could retake the June test (took it for real) and really review the PT. Will be my last 7Sage purchase since October will be my final retake. :P
I skimmed over the thread and will skip the copyright stuff but in my experience, I think the ban will probably most affect the "dedicated" of students with minimal effect to the average studier. Aside from the TLS community, PDF PT's (i.e Cambridge…
It's simple, are you PT'ing at least a point above your realistic desired score? Then good luck with these remaining 7 weeks. If you are still a few points below that desired score, consider postponing till December.
I postponed for the first time …

They read the directions while the time is running?!?
no. The proctor will say something along the lines of "Pencils down! You will now have 35 mins to complete Section __, you may not go back and fill in blah blah. You may begin n…
Everything you do is dictated by the proctor. When the 35 minutes are up, you absolutely cannot go back and fill in any remaining questions. You will be kicked out if caught.
And # in room depends on your testing center.
It honestly depends what kind of job you want. Trying to get Biglaw from T25 isn't even guaranteed. If you aren't the top 10-15% of your class at a T50, you might not get a Biglaw and end up making 50k a year in a small firm.
Most Mon-Sat:
6:30am: wake up
8:00am: go to the gym
11am: LSAT-related study with various breaks including lunch
4pm: work on family business stuff/watch netflix/grab dinner with friends/grocery shopping/errands

Taking a step back, can I ask how most of you became interested in these fields?
My family invests heavily in CRE so I suppose me wanting to specialize in the law side of this field is inevitable. :P

I'll be staying local. Unfortunately, I'll admit it, my GPA isn't anything to toot about. So, I have to work even much harder at obtaining the best LSAT score in my situation. The schools that I have been eyeing are Chapman, Whit…

Get your CRE brokers' license ... word is that RE attorneys who can get commissions make $$ !
Yup! In CA, you can sit in for the brokers exam once you have 2 years worth of real estate law-related experience.
Not one of those tagged but I'm bored this morning.
I'm interested in real estate law and eventually transitioning into real estate development/management and opening up my own company.

For PT's you've taken more recently, more than twice, or super thoroughly BR'ed, then I think of it as as +5-7 point inflation most of the time.
I think this is fairly accurate representation from my experience of being a ret…
Yeah. I treat some=many. I even use the LSAT-definition of some in real life now in that I'll sometimes use "some" when I mean 80% of something which confuses a lot of people. lol.
