I took pictures of LR questions I answered incorrectly/didn't fully understand. I kept them in their own folder on my phone. I also took pictures of entire LG boards and RC passages and questions and cataloged them similarly.

The RCs webinars are great and it also seems to help sometimes to connect RC to LR.
The way I see it, RC is a more elaborate, more involved version of LR. LG is the abstract form of LR/RC.

Develop meditation as a life skill. Practice mindfulness. Hire a tutor who can talk some confidence into you if you can't do it yourself. Develop a checklist approach for your LR and LG sections.
If anything, you should do your best to study before you go to work. You want your brain as fresh as possible when you study, regardless of what you study.

The golden age of the LSAT is coming to a close. I think this is a good thing for the profession.
Of course, this isn't to say that the LSAT won't still be the most important factor driving law school admissions. It will be.

These schools are probably stringing you along because they want to make absolute certain that you attend if they admit.
That is what I would do to you with your numbers, if I were to treat admissions as a business like adcomms do.
