@MichaelTheArchAngel
I actually saw that, some good tips! But it doesn't look like she mentions adding extra addendum essays (unless I missed that the first read through, which is possible). I think she is just saying you can include some statemen…
Saw this thread while doing some searching here about Canadian law schools. Thought the info might be of interest to others in Canada so making a comment to bump it back into the current comment thread. Wondering if anyone would add anything new abo…
also @apawalter (or anyone else), was just curious if you see any room to make addendum statements in Canadian applications? It seems to me that addendums aren't as much of a thing in Canada. Have you come to the same conclusion?
Hey I understand the frustration, but as someone that has written the test now and studied for 10 months, all I can assure you is that it all starts to make sense the more you go through the curriculum. Some of it may seem irrelevant, but it will co…
maybe it is because on OLSAS they break up the 4,000 word essay into two 2,000 word essays? And then leave a 2,500 word optional essay? I don't really get the logic as writing one 4,000 word essay is different than writing two 2,000 word essays
Hey @apawalter
so I did a bit more research and now I"m even more confused. I see what you are saying about the two 2,000 word essays as stated on OLSAS, but if you look on Osgoode's website for requirements they have a totally different set of c…
Cool! I think for some reason OLSAS (the ontario lsac type site for applying to Ontario schools) doesn't give the full info for all the application details for each school, which is why I got a bit screwed up. I'll go back to all the school sites di…
@apawalter
oh wow, I didn't see that at all, thanks! Do you know if there are any other Canadian schools that don't have word limits? Or do they all have defined word limits?
@"Cant Get Right"
Your post caught my eye and just had a quick question for you. I was looking at dual degrees for law school as well but had been informed by a few people that the "dual" degrees with law are mostly a sham created by universities …
Is it normally 2 or 3 weeks before we get scores?
I've decided to read an 800 page book on the political regime and life story of MAO to occupy my time. Lol
@acsimon just wanted to say our conversation on when to use a chart and when to use standard grouping setup ended up being really useful on this test. I felt I did really well on the games (usually my weakest section and had 5 minutes to spare at th…
I definitely felt some relief and "come down" at the 15 minute break yesterday. Mostly because I had two LG sections (LG is my weakest section and the one I was most worried about) in the first half, so not only was I done with LG (and felt I did p…

Do you mind me asking why you took the test again this cycle? If you already got scholarships and acceptance to your top school, do you just take the LSAT now for fun? masochism?
@"Cant Get Right" yeah it's funny. I guess I was holding things together so much and had such a solid routine going, down to the time I drank my tea in the morning As soon as it was done, I just felt this gaping hole, and all my routines weren't t…
@"Cant Get Right" thanks for this thread!
Funnily, I was actually fine for the most part before the test. Slept really well the night before, was pretty calm during the test. Now I'm feeling all the anxiety lol. Didn't sleep at all last night. I'l…
I actually didn't find RC that hard, but it is my stronger section. The second LR passage I thought was way more difficult. Also mostly just REALLY happy that the LG section I didn't feel as good about was the experimental
Best of luck to you all!
@"Dillon A. Wright" , funnily,I'm having trouble remembering what the themes of the games were. LOL. Usually when I do LG I only register letters and slots.
This is funny, I didn't realize people got different experimental sections. I thought we all got the same one!
I got two LG. Do we know which LG was the legit one? I feel I did better on the second LG
For those of you that did the judges opinion o…
@uhinberg
I actually have to disagree again.
I feel my fundamentals were very strong when I jumped to do PT 79. I don't think having a score drop means you don't understand the underlying logic. Quite the opposite, I feel the shift in how some of…
@Sami
It is possible there is a psychological component knowing which test is which. At the same time, I think the fact that you did all the 60s makes a huge difference in why you didn't see a score drop when you did the 70s. The 60s I find quite …
For what it is worth (sorry if this is TMI), I'm scheduled to get my period the day of the test. I get really bad cramps, fog brain, and just overall lethargy on my period, but I'm going to write it anyways. I've been focusing on getting as much res…
I appreciate what you are saying but actually somewhat disagree. I went down 10 points in score the first time I jumped from the 40s into doing PT 79. From then on I switched to focusing on later tests (60s and 70s) and I'm glad I did.
Not saying …
I've had a similar issue. Not sure if there is an answer except doing a lot of them I still find I always make at least one stupid mistake in LR, but my overall error rate has improved
