B points out that, in the absence of the factor identified by the argument as the cause, there's also an absence of the effect. This is a standard way of strengthening a causal argument.
I'm working on creating a combined schedule that folks can use. Until that's done, you should follow the standard advice, which is to pick one or the other, go through its curriculum, and then do the other one.
