Depends on what "Sequencing" means. But personally, In & Outgames (or Grouping in general, for that matter) tend to be harderthan a typical Sequencing game.

advanced in/outgames(sub group of grouping games) are normally heavy in lawgic. conditional sequencing has lawgic in them as well. I think advanced in/out come later in the CC than grouping.
