I don’t think you would be considered an “internationalstudent” since you are getting your bachelors in the US. Not sure if law schools put any weight on whether or not one is a citizen...
I don't think so. You are a U.S. citizen so you will not require visa sponsorship (I-20) from school, which means you won't count as an internationalstudent.

GRE would definitely reach the internationalstudent market though since compare to the LSAT, the language barrier for GRE is not as significant (at least from what I heard).
