I believe it is about finding how the mistakes are made in timed practice but not in blindreviewand then bridging the gap. Meaning that you have to find how to do the patterns in timed practice right. Probably you have to reassess your habits.
Take a PT once a week, blindreviewand then use the 7sage diagnostics to pinpoint where you need improvements (really helpful for LR). For games, do one game a day. For RC, do one passage a day.
