I can't speak for the schools in the U.S, but in Canada, it really dependson which school you are applying to. Some schools average out your test scores, and others take your highest score.
Whether you should write it dependson how important it is that you reach your goal score -- it's very unlikely that your score will jump 5-7 points on test day.

It sort of dependson your mental endurance. Are you studying full-time or do you have a full-time job? The typical response is 2-3 PT's a week with BR.
I heard the newer PTs had more curve-breaker questions, but I don't know that for sure. My scores decreased when I skipped around from PT 50s to 60s to 70s. It probably dependson your skillset, though.
