I don't work out. Should I start doing so to get an energy boost? Whadya'll think?

i'll be cranking up some slayer, chugging energy drinks, and doing jumping jacks and probably some form of martial-arts derivative in the parking lot. which is great, because im testing at a school im applying to :)
I didn't score 180, but I had a big breakfast (try and not make it all carbs, or you'll have a peak in energy and a bit of a crash). Have protein, some carbs, and some fats. At the break I had a protein bar :)
