Yes, the experimental section is given to people with accommodations now unless you have specific accommodations that removes that section (which is very rare). -

My understanding is that now those with accommodated testing are required to take an experimental section.
I'm also 99.9% certain it will be a different test than that given to test takers on the 16th. -
