I would think that Georgetown would be the "easier" one to get into. Of course, you should apply to both. I just finished a prep test and got a 167, which is my highest score yet haha. Sadly, my gpa is a little lower than yours :(
My understanding is that Georgetown is definitely easier to get into than other T14's, even Cornell. They're also the only one that had been bumped out of the T14 this decade because their stats are lower.

Not doing even an optional interview is a big red flag. Not sure how Washington works, but for instance if you don't do the "optional" Kira interview for Cornell, you aren't getting in. Based on your stats, there's a good chance this is for YP.
Yes you do. Georgetown average GPA is a 3.7 or higher. Their average LSAT is, ironically, 168. Therefore, you are on the cusp of the GPA average, but sufficiently meet the LSAT requirement.
