Kmullkins, are these your scoreson the same practice test or ...
I am really just speculating at this point, but there was a significant inflation of LSAT scoreson the last two cycles which has led to many law schools rejecting splitters who would have earlier been considered solid applicants.
Only retake if in your practice tests your score significantly improve. You don't want to risk having the same scoreson your PT and then get a lower score than 169 on the actual test.
