I put it under "other institutions," which is below the space for "graduate institutions." I didn't earn a degree at the CC I attended (it was college in the highschool), but I still marked it as "undergraduate." Hope this helps

I don't think you need to mention it, since you won't be submitting your highschool transcripts and most law schools are only concerned with what you've done in college and beyond.
