I've been approaching 156-160 on my PT's 46-52 however I took PT80 and scored a 152. PT80 seemed extremely hard to me. Are the later prep tests getting harder?

Hey guys! I was granted accommodations lastweek and I was curious if I would be administered the same version of the test. As in, would all the sections be the same as nonaccomadated test takers?
I applied about three weeks ago and lastweek I received an email inviting me to interview. I interviewed lastweek and was wondering if getting a HLS interview is a good sign for my chances of admission?
Can somebody explain to me why answer choice (b) is the correct answer? I can't understand how renovating the houses would be the choice that precludes the possibility of trying the other approach. Isn't it the other way around with demolition?
