There are some problems that you wouldn't expect to see in "modern" LSATs (the calendaring question from PT 7 comes to my mind), and some problems are rather unusual. I think that LR questions from June 2007 and onward are more difficult though. -

Yes, and some people do get big scholarships when accepted off the waitlist, but you only have leverage if after all the effort of waiting to get in, you are willing to say no if the price is too high and go with another option or wait a cycle. -
