To the best of my knowledge, schools cannot see if you postponed. I would call LSAC and ask them directly. They tend to be easy to work with over the phone for simple information / process questions like this.
You should revise your written materials if you're reapplying.

Check email spam folder? You could also call the admissions office to check on the status. I guess it would depend on the school but I’ve received phone calls from each school I’m in at and an email usually came the next day.
Unfortunately, LSAC does not provide cell phone lockers in any official capacity. But you should call your test center in advance and see if they can hold your phone for you. Some centers have done this in the past.

@FutureLawyer77 definriely call LSAC. The lady on the phone switched my exam date to November for free. I think the deadline to change is tomorrow though
