I just create a problem set out of the extra section I want to use and do that before I start the 4 section PT. It's pretty seamless. Takes about 20 seconds to go from the completed "problem set" section to the PT.
The sessions are not recorded if that's what you're asking. There's also no video element to it at all. It's just audio. Everyone's expected to have their own copy of PT 71's RC to look at.

Yes I would definitely recommend doing the timed sections separately IF you're really struggling with to get through a whole PT. That's what I was doing not too long ago.
