I have the same amount of experience and addressed this via my resume as well as a very brief (1 sentence) narrative note. (I'll be 30 in June and thus have been working for a much longer period than most applicants. My resume speaks for itself. -

there are none, LSAC pretty much banned them bc they are lame. CambridgeLSAT sold them as PDF for a while after it happened but their contract or w.e expired somewhat recently leaving paper copies only... as for places that deliver quickly.... not sure -
