Funny you should ask that. I always assumed in my PTs that you couldn't turn the page until "now". But in my testcenter, everyone was turning before the "now" so I did too. It will most likely depend on your proctor.
I'm in the same position as you and just withdrew from the September test. There's no reason for me to shoot my confidence down when I wind up with a score way lower than what I want.

It's OK. You're not alone. Have you canceled yet? Just take it one day at a time and maybe see about a different testcenter the next time if that's doable. And maybe upgrade to a course that allows more access.
