My test score was actually 4 points above my highest PTscore, and about 5 points above my average. I've seen a lot of people on here who did worse then their PTs though. So I really think it's how you react to the testing environment.
Scored a 170 on test day with an average PTscore (10 most recent tests or so) of 167. J.Y. usually mentions that you'll score +/-3 of your 5 most recent tests, although I think most people end up on the minus side.
