After taking a PT I usually take a 30 min break and then come back to BR 1 LR section and the the LG and the remaining two sections are for the next day. In my opinion, unless you are scoring in the 170s, you should be spending more than a day on BRing. -

Yeah it takes a minute to reboot after taking a break, but that's perfectly fine! As long as you're doing something, I think it's ok to build back up as opposed to going 0 to 100 after taking a break.LOCI?Any pointers on how to draft a good LOCI especially when your score is below their median?
