I'm so sorry to hear that. I went to that school with those engineering kids, and yes I think it's reasonable to file a complaint regardless of whether you are rewriting in November (and if you are, then you have nothing to lose with a delayed score). -

So you have a 158, that's very good. But if you get another 6-7 points, you can go to UCI with a significant scholarship. I suggest that you keep pushing yourself just that bit further so you can avoid the future pain of loan repayment :disappointed:.
