On the updated 7sage (beta), all recorded live lectures lack accessibility

7Sage charged me for PrepPlus, saying it was required for my account. However when I went to "activate" and link to my account, LSAC told me I already had access to PrepPlus, as my previous subscription still hadn't expired. So now I'm out $100 and also can't use the $70 subscription because the accounts won't link. $170 down the drain. So much for an "affordable" prep program. As if this process wasn't already stressful and expensive enough.

I have used 7Sage services before, and I initially found the information offered by this website to be useful and well designed. Most recently, however, I have tried using their services again and have been experiencing a shockingly poor level of customer service. I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but in my experience, other online services are far more efficient in their response time and have a way to speak with someone from the company directly when necessary instead of a four, five, six day ongoing back and forth. I expect that my review will be either overwhelmed by the majority of opinions or deleted by the company, but I have not found the experience to fully pleasant, and I am choosing to share this fact should this help anyone else.

I wouldn't ever enroll in a course like this after taking the powerscore accelerated course, I saw that this course was just a waste of time and money. I enrolled in the Ultimate Plus, hoping it would improve my score, but it just made me more confused. Just buy the official LSAT preptests from the LSAC website .
