Focus and concentration during PT

Hoping someone can assist. I at times am unable to focus and feel scatterbrained when taking the exam under time constraints. I have been trying the meditation piece which is in the CC. Is there anything else my fellow 7 Sagers might recommend that could help me shake the rushed scatterbrain feeling when taking practice test? Thank you!

I would recommend slowly building yourself up for test time constraints. Meaning, when you're not taking PTs but maybe doing drills or reviewing lessons, study for 1 hour straight without distractions, without getting up, etc. Then once you are good with 1 hour, increase that to 1.5 hours and then slowly increase that to 2 hours, etc. This way you will eventually be able to focus during the test by building yourself up for that during prep. Hope this helps!

Maybe having a plan for each section and things you say to yourself to help stay anchored.
