I choose which one to watch based off of my weakest areas in my analytics! I find it helps to do in-depth review of areas I struggle with, and often other people ask questions that I didn't even realize I had or didn't understand :)
Start by going to live class which is more actively listening and allows participation. I would rewatch a recorded class for my weak areas. However what method you or I choose doesn’t equate to be right or wrong. At the end of the day it’s about what keeps you motivated and increase your points.
@DeeTee i totally agree! i prefer watching the sessions as they play live, as i am much much more engaged and can volunteer/type in the chat. as you take more classes you'll see who your fav instructors are and will get fomo if you missed their class on a given day (and that's when you might go back and watch a recorded livestream)
