Self-study
Howdy Y'all,
I just started my test prep today! Whoo hoo... confidence is high at the moment, but I know there will be hard times in the future. However, the point of this post is to ask how or if note-taking has been beneficial to you. I want to start writing down main points, my understandings, etc. to increase memory note-taking. I just wanted to hear your thoughts, how you take notes (pen/paper, or electronically) or if you even take notes at all! Thanks, have an amazing day!

Definitely use a notebook - different highlighters/pen colors for different topics. At first I used an excel sheet to record my wrong answer but now i'm starting to use https://lsatjournal.com/
@MichelleSap Hey I just checked out the wrong answer journal you linked. I am just starting my LSAT journey, and I am curious, what do you write in this journal? Specifically, question summary?
@arae It's kinda a lot, lol... the stimulus, type of question (most supported/fill in the blank), your wrong answer, the right answer, why didn't you pick it, why did you pick the wrong answer/why is it wrong, and how will you avoid that trap next time.
There is actually a lesson on 7Sage that walks you through how to properly blind review and it talks about all that!
Hi! Welcome to this journey! i started about 3 weeks ago and i do pen/paper. I usually just do really important parts + examples. I also did flash cards of important terms (like argument types, modifiers, quantifiers, etc.).
I had a professor in undergrad that told me you remember the things you learn when you physically write it down and it kind of just always stuck with me.
Wishing you all the best!
